The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation is pleased to launch our third year of a statewide Badges for Baseball program in Mississippi. Thanks to support from the Mississippi Department of Health and Human Services and the Walmart Foundation, we are able to provide support to 10 communities stretching across the state, from the Gulf Coast, north to Tunica County. Thanks to a history of strong program partnerships in Mississippi, the Foundation will sustain programs at eight partner sites, and expand to serve two new organizations this year, the Boys & Girls Club of Northwest Mississippi and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department.
